We welcome new runners to try out our training sessions before they join by completing a one month trial membership.  This give you complete access to our planned sessions for the upcoming month.

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening @ 6.15pm to start at 6:30pm at The Olive Tree in Cwmbran.  Our leaders are happy to guide you with regard to participation in the planned session. IMPORTANT – Please inform one of the leaders if you have a pre-existing medical condition or have an injury.

• Senior £40

• Student £30

• Club membership

• Membership of Welsh Athletics (which also gives you discount off races and sports gear) 

We ask all Members to confirm that they will adhere to the Code Of Conduct (provided by Welsh Athletics).

*1 Month Trial gives members access to our club platform HEJA so you can see what sessions we have planned. This does not give you WA affiliation. If you become a full time member after the trial period then a £10 discount and affiliation will be applied.
